How long does shipping take?
Orders placed before 3:00 PM on weekdays will be shipped the same day. Delivery time is 1-3 business days within the Netherlands.
What product do I need for suede sneakers?
Use the REINS Protection Spray. This protects without changing the texture. Check our manuals page for instructions.
Can I return products?
Yes, you can return unopened products within 14 days. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
Does REINS work on all materials?
REINS works on leather, suede, canvas, and mesh. Not suitable for oiled leather or lacquered materials.
How often should I repeat the treatment?
The protection remains active for up to 6 months.
